This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Want to join us?Position SummaryAs a Quality Engineer, your main role will is to be member of the Customer Satisfaction Team of EDS EMEA under the lead of the Plant Quality Coordinator.
- Voice Of Customer: Customer score cards in Green
- Meet target of Customer complaint , PPM, Major disruption & Warranty issue
- Guaranty on time answer to Customer complaints
- Meet Internal Quality Target ( FTQ , Containment , product & process audit findings, COPQ..)Your RoleResponse to customer complaints according to customer and APTIV requirementsPrepare and follow the implementation of QIP actionsCoordinate PPAP and provide PPAP document to customerStudy customer specific quality requirements. Inform organization and adapt quality system according to customer requirementsTechnical interface between customer and AptivCoordinate activities of correction and prevention of problems in products and processes of the company, suppliers and partners.Participate in PFMEAPrepare the control plan based on PFMEA & customer specific requirementDevelop indicators of quality and quality costs within its area of operation.Prepare containment control plan with clear exit criteriaPerform the analysis of all issue identified internally (FTQ , Audits, Teardown ..) and follow actions implementation with project teamParticipate on Eng change feasibility studies , evaluate the impact on part qualityParticipate in plant preparations for customer visits / audits .Make sure corrective actions of audit non conformities are closedEnsure the specific Quality training to new project operatorsYour BackgroundMchanical / Mechatronics / Electromechanical Engineering degree2 years of experience in Quality departmentEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholdersOutstanding verbal and written communication in English, Additional languages are preferredWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
