You will contribute to the development of comprehensive testing plans based on project requirements and specifications. Independently executing test plans, you will meticulously analyze test results and collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects. \nThe QA Engineer must accomplish the following:
Your responsibilities extend to designing and implementing testing strategies, covering functionality, performance, and user experience aspects.
By actively participating in process improvement initiatives, you will leverage Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the software development lifecycle.
In addition to testing duties, you will contribute to the design and maintenance of automated test scripts, executing them within the continuous integration pipeline.
Taking ownership of release testing, you will ensure the quality of each release before deployment and prepare detailed release notes.
Your collaboration with cross-functional teams and Product Owners will be crucial in understanding acceptance criteria, validating customer requirements, and resolving defects.
Furthermore, you will assist in maintaining the test environment, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. Your commitment to creating and maintaining clear and concise test documentation will contribute to the overall success of our software development lifecycle.
Who you are:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in automation testing tools and scripting languages.
Experience with API, performance, and security testing
Knowledge of version control systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks
Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
