Location: TunisOverview of Role:We are looking for people who are hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun! As the CS Inbound Sales Agent, you will be required to sell a range of National Pen products to new and existing customers answering inbound telephone sales queries from the National Pen mailing campaigns. In doing so, you will provide our customers with an incredible service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound sales calls from the mailing campaigns.
- Propose suitable products and solutions to callers.
- Ensure any customer issues are dealt within an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products.
- Explaining our product range to new customers and proposing some suitable products and offers
- Verifying the order and customer details over the phone
- Achieve weekly individual sales targets.
- Attend weekly team catch up meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes.
- Receive on-going training, support, and coaching.
- Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
- Cover other miscellaneous tasks if time allows including text translations, customer queries from Facebook and Trustpilot product feedback.
- Fluent in German
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, building relationships with key decision makers
- Passionate about deserving customer service and customer expectation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
- Excellent PC skills essential
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Be a team player.
- Understanding and good communication level of English is essential
