Coordinate together with suppliers the transport and delivery of materials, equipment.
▪
Coordinate with the warehouse department of the container reception.
▪
Import & export delivery daily status follow-up
▪
Manage exports: Definition of customer requirements, making invoice, packing list and
following up of customs processes.
▪
Create monthly truck and freight schedules.
▪
Supervise daily scheduling and dispatch operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
▪
Participation in the implementation of new transport flows and appointment of transporters.
▪
Supervision and monitoring of the transit and customs part.
▪
Optimization of truck filling and logistics costs.
▪
Participate to the evaluation of carriers and logistics providers.
▪
Reporting of logistic costs (transport, customs clearance, and warehousing)
▪
Receive requisitions and check each item for quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements
▪
Performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned
