Your mission is to maintain precise financial records, manage accounts payable efficiently, and contribute to the overall financial health of our global organization.TasksKey Responsibilities: What You'll DoAccounts Payable Management
- Process and verify vendor invoices from multiple channels (email, portals, physical mail)
- Execute payment processing while tracking due dates and early payment discounts
- Maintain accurate vendor records and payment schedules
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accounting accuracy
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support preparation of accounting documents for external auditors
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Assist in generating regular financial reports
- Support financial data analysis and verification processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken, B2+ level)
- Based in Tunisia with reliable remote work setup
- Experience in international business environment
- Knowledge of French or Arabic
- Familiarity with multi-currency transactions
- Experience with digital payment platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
