With our deep technology expertise and support process knowledge, we help Planisware customers to maximize the value of their Planisware ecosystem.As sales assistant:You'll contribute to lead generation, qualification, and early-stage sales activities while supporting the positioning of our solution through marketing and pre-sales initiatives.What you'll be responsible for :Lead Generation & Sales Support (GCC)
  • Effectively communicating the value of Planisware's solution
  • Contribute to driving the sales pipeline and revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multi-touch point cadences (calls, emails and social selling) to generate new business opportunities
  • Respond timely to prospect and customers' requests
  • Leverage sales tools and technologies to track and manage prospecting activities, ensuring up-to-date information in the CRM system
  • Provide weekly updates on new leads
  • Meet monthly and quarterly to review achievement of sales objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales Executive team to implement sales strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes
Marketing & Events
  • Execute and support a diverse range of marketing programs, webinars, events, trade shows, social media campaigns
  • Help drive attendance and follow-up on marketing leads
  • Drive attendance for Marketing Events and Webinars, and booth traffic at trade shows (virtual or in-person) and follow-up with contact list
You are a good fit if you have :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT-related fields
  • 1-2 years in B2B sales, marketing, or pre-sales
  • Experience with Excel, LinkedIn, CRM and prospecting tools
  • Experience with outbound lead generation is preferred

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
