We are seeking a competent hygienist to help us continue to deliver quality service to our growing company.Main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for collecting health data of new employees
- Supporting all aspects of health and safety
- establishing, managing and monitoring standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
- Contributing to quality systems and promoting a clean and safe working environment by ensuring that all duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Handling health issues and accidents arising during work, assisting the Doctor in issuing certificates of aptitude for employees.
- Responsible for managing health issues and injuries
- discussing and advising management during meetings and analysing the causes of accidents.
- Responsible for the stock of medical supplies (first aid).
- Contact person for the hospital, doctor or other emergency services
- Develop and deliver training to employees to raise awareness of hygiene, safety and security
- Establish an annual analysis schedule (water, copro)
- Complete the checklist weekly, verifying the work in the greenhouse/packaging
- Report the degree of compliance with quality guidelines to the Management Board and the Quality Manager
- Monitor the cleaning process and schedules
- Make sure that all workplaces (greenhouse, technical area, packing hall), machines and equipment are safe and equipped with adequate safety devices
- Make sure that safety equipment is provided to all employees
- Make sure that warning signs and pictograms are clear and visible
- High School Diploma or equivalent in hygiene/nursing/health and safety
- Proven experience as a hygienist/nurse
- Working knowledge of first aid in health and safety and legislation relating to work-related accidents
- Be accurate, organized, and detail oriented
- Have a strong team spirit and good communication skills
- Good English
