Storekeeper/Stock Manager

• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area
• Receives and inspects all incoming materials (quality and quantity) and reconciles with purchase orders
• Enters and retrieves data using a computerized records system
• Ensure adequate record keeping by managing all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Assumes responsibility for organizing, updating and maintaining inventories and is responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
• Always ensure the stock zero in the 2 levels
• Develop inventory management procedures and policies that ensure accurate and timely stock control
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and anticipated demand levels
• Develop and manage a team of stock personnel and ensure their ongoing training and professional development
• Adhere to la Joie de Hicha's quality, hygiene, safety and environmental protection policies

• University degree in supply chain management in supply chain management and logistics
• Familiarity with inventory management software, inventory systems, storekeeping methods and procedures
• Proven Experience as a stock manager
• Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills and strong orientation focused on results.
• Proficiency in supply chain management IT tools/data entry and analysis /inventory software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good verbal and written skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating leadership, agility and responsiveness.
