Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together.Job DescriptionDeploys LEONI and customer quality strategies, ensuring compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).Leads internal and customer quality meetings, manages escalation processes, and ensures effective action plans.Acts as main customer interface for all quality topics, including claims, audits, and technical negotiations.Manages Customer Quality Interface (CQI) team and daily activities of Quality & Technical Residents at customer sites.Supports plants and projects with quality planning, problem-solving, training, and CSR deployment.Monitors and negotiates liability in case of technical issues, warranty claims, or customer complaints.Coordinates quality support during development, pre-production, and mass production phases.Ensures effective follow-up of reworks, deviations, audits, and corrective actions.Provides quality performance reports, supports regulatory and product safety compliance, and promotes best practices.Performs regular visits to customer and plant sites to secure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 year in Production management (PAI, QM...).
Education Level: Engineering Degree or Master's in technical field.
