LRT Innovation Labs is hiring a Security Guard to join our 24/7 security team. This role is essential to ensuring round-the-clock safety and supervision at our facility. The selected candidate will work flexible and rotating hours, covering for other guards during their days off and maintaining presence in the security booth during shift transitions. The role also includes supporting occasional tasks within the building when required.Key Responsibilities:Maintain security presence at the main gate and throughout the facility during assigned shifts.Cover day and night guards during their off-days and work in-between shifts to ensure continuous coverage.Supervise entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors in accordance with company policies.Handle minor support tasks inside the facility when not stationed at the booth.Write incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.Exigences de l'emploiRequirements:Proven experience as a security guard (minimum 2 years preferred).Valid driver’s license.Basic English communication skills (able to understand and speak simple sentences).Clean criminal record (B3 required).Male candidate, aged between 25 and 40 years.Punctual, respectful, and well-organized.Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Residing in or near Fouchana – Mghira area (preferred for availability and reactivity).Nice to Have:Experience in handling minor building support tasks or facility services.Date d'expiration03/10/2025
