L...Détails de l'annoncePoste proposé : Assistant Food & Beverage ManagerJoin TUI BLUE Hotels & Resorts as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager based at either our TUI BLUE Manar (Hammamet) , TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet (Hammamet) or TUI BLUE Palm Beach Palace (Sousse) hotels. We are recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth running of the hotel restaurant and bar outlets. Our Food & Beverage concept is one of our brands most signature dishes, your role is to empower your team to continuously surprise and delight guests and ensure we serve up the best local and international trends.Due to local regulations, we are only able to consider applications from local Tunisian applicants with the right to work in Tunisia.ABOUT THE JOB
- You will continuously check the quality of service and satisfaction of guests daily through a strong presence in the restaurants and bars, especially during peak hours.
- Regularly seeks opportunities to improve service quality in general and improve efficiency whilst detecting and any shortcomings in the service and develops measures to address them.
- Ensures that all team members have appropriate F&B knowledge and provide regular team and 1-1 training.
- Work with the F&B Manager and Execuitve Chef to ensure that menu pricing calculations are in proportion to the budgeted goods and sales figures, periodic Renner & Sleeper analyses (Menu Engineering) are carried out.
- Controls the adherence to the recipes across all outlets using spot checks and monthly inventories.
- Responsible for printed content and condition (menu cards, buffet signs, posters & flyers for special promotions, etc.) and CI complies with specifications.
- Creates forecasts and budgets for the F&B departments and submits monthly evaluation and commentary of departmental costs.
- You will ensure daily implementation of all product and service standards as per TUI BLUE® guidelines and operation.
- Previous Food & Beverage management experience is required -
- Preferably within large fast-paced hotel enviroment.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and cooking techniques and nutrition including delivering with ingredient limitations.
- Previous experience with cost controlling with food and bar management/compliance
- A strong guest focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player and natural leader with effective communication skills promoting teamwork and collaboration.
