  • Manages and supervises the Health, Safety, Environment & Energy org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
  • Identifies potential for improvement in area of responsibility, offers consulting and contributes to improvement of service delivery
  • Takes responsibility for standard & governance adherence and process execution
  • Leads the direct reports in the area of responsibility
  • Plans the regular team activity in order to cover all the activity stages and reply to all the requests received
  • Defines the team members' objectives, tasks and responsibilities. Provides clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of the results
  • Identifies the training and development needs of direct reports, follows the subordinates' professional development and provides assistance for using newly acquired knowledge
  • Proposes and applies measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
  • Functional accountability for Health, Safety, Environment & Energy on country level
QualificationsYour Skills:
  • Education Level: Master's degree or equivalent
  • Field of Study: Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment), Environmental Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Process Engineering
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar position, particularly in industry
  • Languages: French and English
  • Professional Skills:
Technical Skills:
  • Ability to develop HSEE culture and implement the site's HSEE policy.
  • In-depth technical knowledge in health, occupational safety, environment, and energy.
  • Mastery of management systems in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to HSEE.
  • Management of actions aimed at continuously improving HSEE performance indicators.

  • Ability to manage and work in a team
  • Supervision, training, and coaching of the HSEE team
