- Onsite recruitment in the Tunis area and surroundings to achieve a high volume of multilingual recruitment as well as executive roles
- Advising on recruitment strategies to reach the recruitment KPIs
- Optimize the existing recruitment process
- Trade fairs (from research to participation)
- Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective candidate sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates
- Develop and reinforce the National Pen brand in the local area
- Create job descriptions, interview questions and role plays
- Create and maintain job postings based on recruitment tools and other country-specific job boards, various user groups to identify and conduct productive conversations with candidates
- Manage relationships with recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations
- Filtering job applications, telephone screening and face-to-face competence interviews
- Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation
- Communicate results and organize start dates with client and candidate
- Adhering to the Tunisian employment law
- Maintaining the recruitment database to ensure information is current and provides timely information for KPIs.
- Responsible for the performance management of the team and that team members receive relevant and timely feedback on an on-going basis
- Facilitation of communication cross functionally among the members of team and resolve issues as they arise
- Work towards meeting the departmental objectives, including sales targets, quality etc.
- Weekly reporting on teams performance and target management, ensuring that they meet and exceed the targets as outlined by senior management
- Professional level of English as well as another European language

- High volume multilingual recruitment experience as well as all support functions
- Experience working with job-boards, CV databases, internet search tools and writing job advertisements
- A Minimum of 5 years' experience in an agency, on-site, in-house customer-facing recruitment position.
- Managerial experience of leading and mentoring a team
- Excellent IT skills such as Microsoft Office products and Taleo or ORC
- Communication skills - particularly the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with third-party partners externally
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
- Problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
- Experience in people management as well as coaching and development
