- Competitive salary: 1200 DT – 1800 DT (depending on experience).

- Drive recruitment and onboard amazing talent.
- Handle HR processes, contracts, and compliance with confidence.
- Support leadership and teams working on tech production projects.
- Guide us through the transition into our new office and ensure a smooth setup for a team that will grow to 40+ by mid-2026.
- Help define the culture and structure that will fuel our success.We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid HR management experience in fast-growing companies (1 to 5 years of proven HR experience).
- Knows how to balance people-first leadership with business needs.
- Can thrive in change — scaling teams, adapting processes, and setting up new operations.
- Is proactive, hands-on, and excited to grow with us from day one.
- Communicate fluently in English, as we work closely with American clients.
