Process Engineer

• Establish and follow up the industrialization schedule for new projects and modification trains
• Support the production department by avoiding the stoppage of the production line
• Respect the plan of implementation of the changes
• Ensure that design changes are made in the right conditions
• Propose methods and develop tools for new processes (control development and installation monitoring)
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Ensure that the equipment necessary to complete the objectives established by the site management (Efficiency & Quality)
• Make study and feasibility of changes with the different department (logistics, Lead Prep Engineering, Quality and Production), and ensure communication with the EDS team
• Participate in FMEA new projects, new processes
• Check the checklists related to each process and take action in case of anomalies
• Prepare the documentation for the start of the production of the products (Cutting sheet, BOM, standard times, etc ...) as well as the modifications
• Develop the skills of his team.
