
Project Coordinator -Education for Employment (EFE)

- Coordinate with EFE-Global (Prime) and consortium member WimbeeTech
- Coordinate with EOF about project implementation progress and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with key institutional partners, particularly the Ministry of Employment and ANETI
- Coordinate with Deloitte and ANETI about youth beneficiaries' eligibility, training and job placement validation via the project data management platform.
- Coordinate with other partners and stakeholders (employer partners, civil society organizations, …)
- Define the scope of the project
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Review the project schedule with other project team members and revise the schedule as required
- Supervise the execution of the project according to project plans: organize coordination meetings with project partners and project team members
- Supervise Corporate Outreach Consultants and Regional Youth sourcing and assistance experts and follow closely implementation of employers' prospection and engagement ad youth beneficiaries sourcing and engagement in the project
- Collaborate with MEL team and Training Team for the entry of all required data and documents on project platform to check eligibility and validation by Deloitte and ANETI of sourced youth beneficiaries, youth training and placement for payment purposes based on project deliverables.
- Monitor the progress of project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of activities
- Establish a communication schedule to update involved stakeholders including appropriate team members and partners on the progress of the project
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Visit program activities and training courses regularly in collaboration with Training and MEL team and serve as mentor and advisor for youth beneficiaries, regularly visiting courses and providing additional guidance for them as needed
- Make certain that donor and partners needs are met as the project evolves
- Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
- Collaborate with MEL and Training teams to prepare/update project status reports,
- Collaborate with MEL and Training teams to prepare and submit monthly project progress report,
- Liaise with donor and partners to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Track reporting requirements with donor and ensure quality control and deadlines
- Ensure responsiveness to donor requirements
- Backstopping with any program implementation problems and/or beneficiaries requests and concerns
- Submit budget projections for activities scheduled to occur in the upcoming months and quarters
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Higher Education Degree with Master level, Bac +5 minimum in related field: economics (general, rural), Management, HR and Employment …
- Experience (minimum 5 years) in development project management including team management, network leadership, partnership work and relations with international donors and in the implementation of projects including important capacity building components in collaboration with government structures, youth economic integration.
- Knowledge of the Tunisian Employment context and institutional actors particularly the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment, ANETI, Business Federations and key economic sectors is an asset.
- Knowledge of Tunisian Automotive and Textile companies and industries is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- Capacity to coordinate a complex project with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written expression skills in English, French and Arabic.
