This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Want to join us?Position SummaryAs a Production Planner Supervisor, your main role will be coordinating the functions of receiving and negotiating customer programs and analysing them in order to establish appropriate planning in line with manufacturing capacity and customer requirements.Your RoleManaging the team of planners while organising the work of the team according to the number of references and the identity of the Value stream ;Ensuring compliance with the scheduling and customer satisfactionCoordinating with customers/service centres the definition and revision of the "concept element & the connection MAP"Ensuring the proper preparation of capacity studies with the planners while ensuring the implementation of the necessary actions to support customer volumes;Negotiate with customers in the event of delivery problems and variations in delivery plans, additional costs, etc;Coordinate with the various departments the development and implementation of optimum actions to achieve the plant's objectives;Ensure compliance with sales targets and quality standards.Your BackgroundBachelor's or Master's degree In Logistics management or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience in logistics with team management experienceEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholdersAbility to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication in English, Additional languages are preferredKnowledge of logistics processes with initiation in SAP or similar ERP systemProficient user of Microsoft office.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
