- You'll use critical thinking and problem solving skills to approach new situations.
- At least 3 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience.
- Prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery.
- Broad knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability)
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
- Ability to work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment
- Ability to partner, collaborate and work in a team (and matrixed) environment
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Experience noted above, OR
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
- Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes
- Process oriented with a high attention to details
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and/or Workforce Management Solutions
- Experience with Financial Force, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools.
- PMP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, HCS, or other similar certifications from highly recognized professional learning institutions
