- Regularly checks the good condition of the fixed assets owned by WWF including and not limited to vehicles, furniture, computers…etc;
- Follows-up the use of the WWF assets and reports on all changes (e.g. stock tacking and tracking);
- Monitors maintenance of the office equipment ensuring timely repairs when required;
- Verifies the monthly vehicles report (vehicle usage and fuel usage logs) and preparation of the logistics monthly report;
- Oversees and ensures proper maintenance and management of vehicles e.g. repair, maintenance, monthly mileage check, usage purposes as well as licenses and insurance coverage;
- Follows-up of accidents/incidents with the police, informing insurance company, prepares and sends all relevant documents;
- Follows-up of the list of duties: logbook;
- Follows-up inventory and updates in case of purchase, transfer, donation and written off in the Inventory Registration Database based on the ID form previously prepared/updated;
- Verifies the labeling of all property goods in conformity with the inventory database;
- Verifies and update monthly inventory list to be included in the monthly financial report;
- Verifies the state of the property goods and recommends maintenance/reparation or declassification;
- Prepares the annual depreciation inventory lists related to office equipment and submit to the line manager;
- Fills any document relating to logistics, according to WWF procedures;
- Plays an active role in the preparation of the WWF seminars and workshops (i.e., logistical support, venue set up, transport arrangements, etc.);
- Maintains administrative and logistical files with necessary confidentiality where required;
- Knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, MS Project, etc.);
- Ability to maintain office equipment and materials in permanent working order;
- Knowledge of storage and documentation procedures;
- Ability to work in multicultural environments;
- Prior experience in the field of logistics, preferably in the NGOs sector.
- Good skills in inventory management, planning and coordination of logistics operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards related to logistics.
- Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with association members and external partners.

- Minimum BAC+2 level in the field of economics, administration management or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic IT tools
- Great capacity for adaptation and autonomy
- Relational ease and listening skills
